Student-centered, differentiated, structured, varied--these are just a few words that I believe describe my methods to teaching and maintaining a postive learning envirnoment. When students are successful, they feel good about themselves, and confident students strive to do well, so they continue to work and make an effort. Furthermore, it is my experience that students want a structured and organized classroom, and they are more likley to achieve in such an atmosphere.
